After reading some of your comments in the last video, I felt quite sad but also thankful. I'm so sorry there are so many of you struggling, but I wanted to try to make something a little more personal, to let you know it's going to be okay, and you're not alone. 🩷 I hope that's alright with you! I also listened to the feedback regarding the singing, and I tried my best to make it soft and quiet as opposed to actual singing, to help those trying to relax and get some sleep 🩷 P.S I was a little nervous doing this one, so if you hear a repeated tapping at the beginning, that's just my leg bouncing up and down very fast until I realized I was doing it haha! I'm so sorry! 🌙⭐️ 0:00 Explaining the video of today 3:05 Taking a moment to breathe together 3:40 Hi again 7:10 Paying attention to what you're feeling 24:40 More water borbles! 27:55 Beads inside ball trigger sound 35:05 Lord Huron - The Night We Met Gentle Singing 🌙⭐️ Come spend some time with me if you'd like throughout the week over on my Twitch channel 🌙⭐️ https://www.twitch.tv/laynalazar #asmr #sleepaid
